WHAT IS "SHOWS ON LOAN?"
Shows on Loan is an art program which provides a continuing display of original art of the finest quality for your place of business and the community.
WHOM DOES THE PROGRAM SERVE?
Businesses in the Metro Denver area are eligible for consideration. Each prospective site is viewed by a Shows on Loan representative to determine public accessibility and security.
WHO ARE THE ARTISTS?
Shows on Loan is composed of artists who voluntarily serve the program by their creation and delivery of artwork. The artists are responsible for delivery and pick-up of artwork. The artists have been juried by a committee to participate in the program.
WHAT ABOUT THE EXHIBITS?
The exhibits consist of five to 40 works of art varying in media (oils, watermedia, drawing, photography). There is a variety of technique, size and price. Subject matter ranges from traditional to abstract. All pieces are wall hung. The exhibits are changed bimonthly, with a new group of artists showing each time. The client may not select individual pieces to be exhibited, but may state specific items inappropriate for their business. Artwork may be purchased during the exhibit.
WHAT IS THE COST?
Fees are based on the numbers of works needed. Billings are sent to the client on a six month basis.
FEES?
- 1 – 5 pieces: $30 for a six month period
- 6 – 10 pieces: $48 for a six month period
- 11 – 20 pieces: $95 for a six month period
- 21 – 30 pieces: $135 for a six month period
- 31 – 40 pieces: $180 for a six month period
